High-speed Internet, email and home networks are great for helping us communicate, but they also open us up to viruses, spam and pop-ups. These can range from being very annoying to extremely damaging.

Book our Cure Me service and we'll clean out any nasties on your computer. We’ll also update your existing anti-virus and
anti-spyware software to keep your system secure.

We will:

• Scour your computer for viruses, spyware and pop-ups
• Remove viruses, spyware and pop-ups from your computer
• Update your existing internet security installation

When Windows won’t even start up on your computer you know something must be wrong.  

A Revive Me service will bring your computer back to life when you can’t even get into Windows.

We will:

• Diagnose your computer to find out why it is not starting up.
• If required, sell and replace hardware.
• If required, repair any operating system issues

If you're experiencing problems with your computer's hardware or software, we can help! Whether your iTunes isn’t working or your printer is just not printing the way it should we can help.

If a format/operating system installation is required, you will need to purchase a “Fix Me” service. Does not include the provision of replacement/new hardware or software. This service does not include fixing bugs inherent and engrained in certain types of software.

Our system optimisation service includes running a series of utilities to clean your machine, delete unwanted files, remove unnecessary programs, and if required, defrag your hard drive.

We will:

• Remove unwanted/unnecessary programs and files to free up system resources
• Remove temporary files to free up used space
• If required an install memory to make your system run faster
• Schedule a defrag of your hard drive
• Analyse your computer’s start up process to see it can be sped up

• Connect your router to the internet
• Establish a secure wireless network
• Connect up to 2 devices to your wireless router
• Configure file sharing of up to two directories between your connected computers
• Share an existing and functional printer between your computers 
• If required, we will install the network cards required to get your computers onto the network

• Connect an additional device to your existing home wired/wireless network
• If we are connecting a computer, we will configure it to access any shared directories or printers already existing on the network
• If we are connecting a device other than a computer, we will configure it to work on a single computer.
• If required, we will install the network card required to get your computer onto the network

• Configure encryption on your wireless router or access point
• Reconnect up to 2 devices to your newly secured wireless network

• Share a currently functional printer over your network
• Configure 2 currently networked computers to print from this printer
• Configure file sharing of up to two directories between your connected computers

• Unpack and initialize your computer for the first time
• Connect your computer to an existing wired/wireless network
• Configure your email program to access your email account

And either:

• Install 2 items of hardware or software (e.g. Standard printer, Microsoft Office, Antivirus software)

OR

• Transfer up to 20GB of data from your old computer to your new computer

• Unpack and initialize your computer for the first time
• Connect your computer to an existing wired/wireless network
• Configure your email program to access your email account
• Set up your existing media centre installation (Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Media Center Edition)
• Connect your PC to your TV and speakers
• Tune in your digital channels
• Show you how to record your favourite shows.
• If required, set up an electronic program guide (EPG) to work on your media center

And if required, either:

• Install 2 items of hardware or software (e.g. Standard printer, Microsoft Office, Antivirus software)

OR

• Transfer up to 20GB of data from your old computer to your new computer

• Install up to 2 items of hardware on your computer such as an internal hard drive or memory chip or external device such as a printer, scanner or digital camera
• Install relevant drivers and software to make these devices work
• Test your hardware to make sure it is working properly

• If required, remove an older version of your software.
• Install up to 2 software packages on your computer
• Test them to make sure they are working properly.
• If your software requires updates, we will download and install these for you.

When you buy a new computer you still want access to your old files.

Book this service and we will come to your place and transfer your precious data from your old computer to your new one.

We will:

• Transfer up to 20GB of data from your old computer to your new computer
• If required, import your data into the correct folders on your computer

A Back Me Up service will get you set up with a regular, automated backup onto a removable hard drive.

• Install software and drivers required to routinely backup your data.
• Verify that the drive is functional
• Configure your computer to routinely back up the files and folders you specify
